- Fix markdown warnings
- Add GitHub Action to annotate PRs, if markdown lint warnings exist
- Add configuration for markdown linting (works for GitHub Action, cmd line/pre commit and VS Code)
- add runner script
- add pre-commit hook
- add some docs
